At Kanyra, we are committed to ensuring that your jewelry reaches you safely and in a timely manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our processes, timelines, and responsibilities to provide complete transparency.


Delivery Timeline

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch

  • Express Delivery: 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch (available only for select pincodes)

All delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, courier serviceability, operational conditions, and external factors beyond our control.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • During peak periods such as sales, festive seasons, or new launches, processing times may be extended

Kanyra reserves the right to delay dispatch in case of unforeseen circumstances, including inventory checks, quality inspections, or operational constraints.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • A tracking link will be shared via email and SMS

  • Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking link provided

Kanyra is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in tracking updates caused by courier partners.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions or natural disruptions

  • Public holidays or regional restrictions

  • Courier partner operational delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • High order volumes during peak seasons

In such cases, delivery timelines may be extended. Kanyra does not guarantee delivery dates and shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or external factors.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to respond to courier communication

  • Refusal to accept the order

The courier may attempt redelivery as per their policy. If the order is returned to us (RTO - Return to Origin):

  • The order may be cancelled at our discretion

  • Reshipping charges will be applicable for re-dispatch

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in restrictions on future orders.


Pincode Serviceability

Customers are required to check pincode serviceability at checkout.

  • If a pincode is deemed unserviceable after order placement, Kanyra reserves the right to cancel the order

  • In such cases, a refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Any applicable payment gateway charges may be deducted


Risk, Loss & Liability

All orders are securely packed and handed over to verified courier partners.

  • Once an order is dispatched, the risk and responsibility transfer to the courier partner

  • Kanyra shall not be held liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage during transit

  • However, we will assist customers in raising claims with courier partners where applicable

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with relevant proof.


Incorrect Address & Order Modifications

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details

  • Address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped

  • Kanyra is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
