Due to the delicate nature of coated jewelry, this policy outlines strict conditions for returns and exchanges.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within the following timeframes from the date of delivery:

Silver-Coated Jewelry: Within 7 days of delivery

Gold-Coated / Demifine Jewelry: Within 48 hours of delivery
Requests raised beyond the specified timelines will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Must be returned in original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and protective materials

All tags, labels, and certificates (if applicable) must remain intact

Must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
All returned products will undergo a strict quality inspection. Kanyra reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items

Coating & Wear Disclaimer (Important)
All Kanyra jewelry is coated/plated, and the finish may naturally fade over time depending on usage and care.
The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

Exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, or chemicals

Scratches, dents, or damage from regular use

Tarnishing over time
Such cases are classified as normal wear and tear and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Process
