Refund Policy

At Kanyra, we process refunds promptly once your return is approved. Please review our refund guidelines below.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Refund Method

Online Payments: Refunded to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet)
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer (please provide your bank details)

Refund Amount

Full product price will be refunded for eligible returns
Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
COD charges (₹99) are non-refundable

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

Item shows signs of wear or damage not caused by manufacturing defect
Item is returned without original packaging or tags
Return is initiated after the eligible return window

Refund for Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

Contact us immediately with photos of the defect
We'll arrange free return pickup
Full refund including shipping charges will be processed
Alternatively, we can offer a replacement at no extra cost

Refund Status

Once your refund is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
